Fund Raising

I would like to thank you all very much for your generous giving over the last term – totalling a massive £3,121.16!!!!

We raised £840 from our sponsored Conga, enabling us to help out families within our school community.

Our Daily Mile raised £680.00 for our annual P2 CHAS appeal.

The money raised from our Christmas Fayre and Class and Staff Christmas hampers enabled us to donate £1,601.16 to the Glasgow Children’s Hospital, our Advent Charity

Once again, the generosity of the St Mirin’s School Community has been outstanding.

Health & Safety of Children

In order to enhance the safe transfer of pupils in the morning and at the end of the day, may I remind you of the system for entering or leaving the playground in order that pupils do not cross the car park.

Please respect the following instructions:

·         Children who turn right at the top of the lane on the way home will use the pedestrian lane to exit.

·         Children who are being picked up by car will wait in the yard until they are collected by an adult who will walk them to the car.

·         All other children will leave by the small gate behind the huts, turn left, go behind Christ the King Church and leave by the gate next to the Church Hall on to Carmunnock Road.  Children should then turn right and cross the road at the crossing.
